Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Prathameshwar Reiki Centre, we are committed to providing high-quality and transformative Reiki learning experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle cancellations fairly and transparently.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

For Live Webinars & Online Courses
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the start of the webinar or course to be eligible for a refund.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your seat to a future batch (subject to availability).
No Shows
Participants who do not attend the session(s) without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

💸 Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds
If your cancellation meets the criteria above, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees
Minimal registration charges (e.g., processing fees or transaction charges) may be deducted from the refund amount.
Workshops Cancelled by Us
In the rare case that we cancel or reschedule a course or webinar, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to attend the next session without any additional charges.
